Cloudflare Warp is the key for me. Im from germany and Hypixel is playable most of the time with a 120-200 ping. At least it feels less laggy then it sounds But sometimes its 50000 or more and i cant even join Skyblock from the main lobby or even open the compass. Any other server in germany is like a 11 ping at the same time and my speedtest is good too. What changed my life and makes playing skyblock possible in this 50.000 ping case, is „Cloudflare Warp“. Download it, run it, join Hypixel In a good ping situation its a little bit worse using it, but in a unplayable situation its the only way to make it playable More on reddit.com

also make sure you're using the latest version of Java.
