I have a queen size low loft bed, with 32 inches of clearance. I'd like to use some sektion base cabinets with three drawers underneath for a dresser, since they are much deeper than a normal dresser to use more of the underbed space, and have nice full extension drawers.

I was thinking two of these side by side -

I've never built kitchen cabinets, I know they're usually mounted with a suspension rail, but that other things are possible for an island. What would I have to do to get this to work? I don't care what the top looks like, it won't be visible under the bed.

My alternative was something from Lundia, but each drawer from there costs almost as much as the whole Sektion unit.
