Bedding question for hot sleepers
I was in the same boat and a sheet was too cool but any other covering was too hot. I added a second sheet and it has done wonders! Highly recommend before you buy something. I also keep a comforter on the other half of the bed and snuggle with it - by my side. More on reddit.com

Can’t speak to this one specifically but I got their wool duvet insert recently and I like it a lot. Two things to keep in mind about duvet covers for IKEA inserts. The inserts are not standard sizes so if you get a cover from elsewhere it may not fit precisely. Not necessarily a deal breaker but the other thing is that the inserts don’t have loops either so you could have some movement if the cover is too large. Best to get a duvet cover from IKEA for the best fit. I got linen duvet cover for winter and a cotton/lyocell cover for warmer months and both are great and relatively low priced compared to other stores. More on reddit.com

Stick with 100% cotton for sheets and duvet cover and consider a very lightweight real down duvet. Some companies have duvets where one side is thicker than the other so that the cooler sleeper can stay warm on their side. Anything like polyester or fake down fill or even the so-called bamboo sheets will NOT breathe and will be too hot. More on reddit.com
