Hi all, I am looking to remodel my kitchen and have been researching online. I’ve been seeing numerous blog posts about how amazing the online kitchen planner app is and how it allows you to play around with different setups and cabinet designs. I feel like I’ve looked everywhere and can’t find it.

Has this feature been removed? If not, how do I get to it?

TLDR: My kitchen planner designs have disappeared and customer service isn’t helping. Any recommendations?

Long story: I’m renovating three rooms with Sektion cabinets. My laundry room/pantry, mudroom, and kitchen. My laundry room is almost done minus countertops. It has taken months to buy everything given the horrible stock issues.

My mudroom hasn’t been started but I’ve purchased everything I can. I’m waiting on cabinet frames and a cover panel or two as they are out of stock.

My kitchen is still in the final designing portion. I’m hoping to start the reno once the stock issues are resolved as I don’t think I can handle the daily checks on stock, driving to stores, deliveries on a HUGE kitchen.

I start to check the stock on my out of stock mudroom items today when I notice my cart is completely empty. Strange. I log in and back out. Still empty. I am super frustrated as it is so time consuming to double and triple check items against what has been purchased in stores and deliveries. Especially since I have had issues downloading the PDF designs in the kitchen planner to save to my computer.

I log into the kitchen planner and all of my designs are gone except the very first one from way back in October. I probably had 3-4 for each of the 3 rooms - 12+. GONE. I wait a few hours thinking it is a technical issue but still gone. I log in and out, delete cookies, etc. still gone. I call customer service who tells me to recreate my designs! I am in shock. She listened for maybe 20 seconds and did not offer to check into it with IT, her manage, anyone! I’ve spent genuinely hundreds of hours on these projects between designs, checking stock daily for months and months, driving to far away stores, etc. I’ve already spend 5k and my kitchen is at least 12k and all I get is- redesign it!? It is so complicated with burnouts in several spots too. I’m beyond frustrated. Can someone help me!??

My kitchen designs are a maximum of a month old. My mudroom maybe 2 months old. And my laundry room 7 months old with the actual version we used much newer- 4-5 months old. They should still be active.

I designed nearly my whole kitchen, saved it, and tried to log in and now its giving me issues:

• When I try to log in, it says incorrect password.

• When I go to forget password, it says it can't find my account.

• When I go to create a new account with the same e-mail, it says the e-mail is in use.

This is infuriating, has anyone had a similar experience?

Are any Ikea Kitchen associates on the line?

I use the kitchen planner a lot to create layout plans for my clients before installation, but it has been acting up in the last week or so.

After a few minutes, a login prompt comes up, and it does not ask for my usual account login. Nope, it doesn't work. All I can do is click cancel. However, the next time I click on a cabinet or a menu, the same thing happens repeatedly. All I can do is to "save," exit, and reopen the layout.....until it starts all over.

No fun at all. It's driving me crazy.

I reached out to Ikea on chat, but that was pointless. They say I must schedule an appointment with a "kitchen specialist." But no... I think not.

It is not a user (me) issue with me doing something wrong. Something ain't right.

Any help is appreciated.

I restarted the PC, etc...but to no avail.
