Did it come broken? Then yes, return/exchange it. Did you break it? Then no, not sold separately. I'd just go to a hardware or hobby/craft store and get an mdf sheet of the correct thickness and cut it to size

Hello, We have two malm 3 drawer dressers we’ve put together thinking they are the same drawer dimensions - by the website they should be. In fact, the two 3 drawer units have drawers about 3/4” shallower and a solid wood back piece instead of the thinner cardboard-ish backing. All of this means that our skubb organizers do not fit. Anyone aware of a recent product change? Or am I missing something else?

They’ve been the same article number since 2021, but will have some changes in 2024. So everything been 2021 and January 2024 will be the same, and haven’t heard of any issues with SKUBB fitting

8 months later and I am finding this thread after scratching my head for weeks. I still have no clarity on the issue, aside from this thread confirming what I assumed along the way — the design changes resulting from the tip-over issues from older pieces clearly has affected drawer size. Unfortunate, as this is my fourth 6-drawer Malm dresser and can honestly say I felt the reduction in size just while putting it together. It’s ok, and I understand it had to be done, but I’m stunned that there’s been no other official answer available only and that my Skubb boxes, which I now have way too many of — are frustratingly cumbersome in the only way I can halfway use them. I stupidly bought new ones assuming that they must have been updated to meet the new drawer dimensions, leaving me with even more useful organizers that fit just about nowhere. Have you had any luck finding other brand organizers that work for you? I find this incompatibility very irritating after decades of loving the size and organization of the Malm dresser series.
