What you show in this picture is actually a standing desk in the middle and two drawers on the sides (you can see the desk legs). If you wish to just get two drawers and a counter top without the desk legs, you can just tape the bottom of the countertop to the top of the drawers, plus it won't slide much anyway if you put something heavy on top, like a computer or a monitor. However, if you are looking to get a super long countertop (like the one shown in the picture), it is recommended to get at one of Ikea's cheap desk leg to put in the middle (it's the same height as the drawer btw), otherwise the countertop will bend and sag after some time.
