Hello All- I am unsure if this was already well known but I thought I would share as many seem to be waiting for Pax units to come back in stock.

I have been trying for several months to get all the pieces to a PAX closet system that I am building and have only been able to get a couple pieces here and there at a time. It is at the point where I am settling for miss-matched color frames and am just going to paint them. However, the following frames have been out of stock in every color for months:
402.145.65 Wardrobe frame, white 19 5/8x13 3/4x92 7/8
303.469.34 Add-on corner unit with 4 shelves, white 20 7/8x22 7/8x92 7/8
The crazy thing is that even their basic shelves and drawers are out of stock (and have been for months):

I regularly check the website AND occasionally go in to the store to check with their customer service to get stocking dates. It is wild.
Anyone have alternatives to the 13inch pax systems. I started installing the deeper version and realized I’d prefer the shallow version in some areas so now my closet is half built.
Of course the 3 frames I need are out of stock in every ikea in my state. I called and they informed me they will be discontinued in July and that she didn’t see a restock anywhere near me within what she could see (end of the month).
Im kicking myself that I didn’t realize how hard it would be to get these pieces. Should I wait and cross my fingers for a restock before discontinue? Or is it really as hard as it seems.
Just curious if anyone has any idea if the Pax Wardrobe, specifically the 29 1/2 x 13 3/4 x 79 1/8 (402.119.77) is every coming back. It perpetually says it's out of stock online and locally and it's definitely been like 6 or more months. I have the stupid door and a few other accessories and contemplating returning them -- what good are they without the frame!?
Not sure if other areas have had this issue but according to my local IKEA apparently the Oak and Black variants are 'out of stock' or 'discontinued'. They didn't make it clear if it was just a supply issue or just a company decision to remove the most popular wardrobe colour. This seems to be specific to the l shaped wardrobes. They also told me they're releasing grey next year. Quite disappointed since IKEA are literally the only company that do custom corner wardrobes for a decent price.
Does anyone have anymore information on this?

So grey is going away here in the US and IKEA responded that they are only keeping white. Grey shows sold out on their website but when I went in the store, the pieces were there in the aisle.
Black brown and oak are discontinued, being replaced with grey and beige. Once the stock is gone, it's gone
I'm now stuck because all my furniture is black brown/grey and I can't get the black brown, and have to wait until later in the year/next year for the grey.
Not sure if I'll be unpacking my clothes or not!
