I'm looking at installing the new Angsjon vanity (basically the Godmorgon replacement) because of the amount of storage with the drawers, however, I was told that the Ikea sinks tend to clog really quickly because of the horizontal run before they drop into the P trap (ie; how the drain goes flat & to the back before dropping down to accomodate the drawer).
Does anyone have any experience with these sinks and can you comment on how 'clog happy' they are vs. any other standard bathroom sink?
We're handy enough to clear the occasional p-trap clog (which is usually annually for us since there's 4 long haired folks in the house that are shockingly not bald yet given how much hair we loose), but don't want to sign up for a monthly job or anything.
i'm trying to replace an existing bathroom vanity with a new one. For anyone whose purchased vanities from IKEA before, how has yours held up & how are the ones at IKEA compared to the ones they sell at Home Depot and Lowes? Also:
i was at IKEA the other day and noticed that their sinks have only one pre-drilled hole for the faucet. Is it possible to drill additional holes and install a wide spread or 4" faucet?
does this vanity comes with a toe kit/space at the bottom?
