I completely agree with Othabit. It isn't that hard to understand that an iPhone or iPad user should be able to use reverse imaging search from the phone, without having to upload the picture to the computer. For example: a few days ago I was on a hike with some friends and we came across a strange plant of which I took a picture. I then tried to do a google reverse imaging search which I couldn't do because it is impossible with an apple devise. My friend with android was able to do it right there on the spot and we were able to identify the plant. It's little things like this that keep making me want to switch devises.

Thank you! This issue has been driving me crazy for ages. Have had Puffin browser on my iPad for a long time but gave up using it as it was always very slow and crashing. Turns out to be the perfect solution and I can see it's much improved; will be using it more often now. Can't help wondering why, if this image search using a photo from one's device is so easy for Puffin, why is it impossible for Safari or Chrome?Your help is much appreciated.

I used to do it on chrome by going on images.google.com and requesting the desktop version of the page, but it looks like this method isn’t working anymore. There’s another method?

I use this Siri shortcut. Way easier than opening safari and doing it that way, and you also don’t have to save images to use it
