If you know you will surpass that limit, you will have to purchase a Google One subscription for more storage.
When you upload photos to Google Photos, where do they go?

On my laptop I can simply drag and drop items from my hard drive to whatever album I want but this seems impossible on mobile?!
No, I do not want to upload them normally first and then bother with putting all the pictures in an album.
