it is heavily implied that Indo Raptor has a connection to Daisie (the whole "mother" thing) What? The Indoraptor we see is an unstable prototype because it lacks proper parenting, it needed a mother (the Wu's case, Blue). Maisie is just a small child, an easy snack for a crazed hybrid. Jurassic World 2 Theory: The Indoraptor Has Human DNA
June 28, 2018 - There's just one major element present in the Indoraptor that isn't ever officially mentioned in the movie. Despite a lack of proof in the dinosaur's physical appearance, there's reason to believe the Indoraptor is actually made up of human DNA.

Indoraptor genetic makeup
The movie stated the Indoraptor was the same as the Indominous save using a Raptor as the base genome rather than the T-Rex. I’d imagine anything we’re seeing for genetic makeup of one is the same as the generic makeup as the other. That’s the entire reason they needed into I-Rex bone at the beginning of Fallen Kingdom. Answer (1 of 2): *minor spoilers* One could speculate that the Indoraptor was indeed part human. This isn’t ever officially confirmed, but there is a feel to this theory being true throughout the whole movie.

Indoraptor (S/F) – Jurassic-Pedia
Indominus rex: This hybrid animal was used as the base genome of the Indoraptor; this species was itself designed using the DNA of multiple dinosaurian and other animals. Other donor genes could be spliced into the Indominus genome to create the Indoraptor genome.

2 weeks ago - Later, Eli Mills referenced how Claire Dearing had exploited the Indominus rex for profit when Claire called him out for similar behavior with the Indoraptor. Eventually, Rexy crushed the rib of the Indominus, thereupon preventing the creation of any more hybrids.[10] After learning that Henry Wu is also behind Biosyn's assassin dinosaur program, Yaz sarcastically comments that "of course the guy who made the Indominus and the Scorpios rex would do this."[27] "The base genome is a T. rex, the rest is... classified." —Claire about the creation DNA of Indominus(src)

May 28, 2021 -

According to the newest Amber Society video, Indoraptor has Abelisaurus DNA. This was never EVER mentioned in the movies, marketing or merch, but I guess it makes sense for Universal.

Indoraptor and Indominus are pretty much an amalgamation of the entire abelisauridae at this point.

-

Indominus - Carnotaurus, Majungasaurus, Rugops, Pycnonemosaurus, Quilmesaurus, and Viavenator.

Indoraptor - Carnotaurus, Abelisaurus, Velociraptor.

-

I still think Rugops (size and crest) and maybe Pycnonemosaurus (for the size) are the most viable candidates to be new abelisaurids in JWE2.

I don't know why, but I get strong wolf vibes from Ripper with his quadrupedal stance and his behavior. Course werewolves are one of several horror influences for him- he even howls at the moon. Ripper terrorizing Maisie could also be a nod to Red Riding Hood and The Big Bad Wolf, with Maisie wearing a red coat.

Then there's Dr. Wu's discussion with Mills, using bringing up dogs and back in the first Jurassic World, Hoskins recalled to Barry his keeping a wolf pup which eventually mauled his wife.

Plus, dogs have been used in combat roles, and putting DNA in a dinosaur made for that makes sense logically, so it can take orders and have empathy.
