Hellooo how can i retrieve my ig acc if its locked?
There was a suspicious activity, Someone tried to log in on my acc then ig made me change my password however after changing my acc was unable to load. I tried to do the procedures in instagram help center but it only makes me change my password while my account is stil locked.
Is there someone who alos experienced this? How did you unlock your account? Thanks!
UPDATE: I have already retrieved it through a social media recovery service I found on facebook. I am ph based and it costed me 3,000 php ($52.99). Its terms is payment after recovery so it saved me from being scammed, if you opt to try it make sure it is legit.

Hello, I'm a niche faceless creator on the instagram app, my account has a few thousand followers so it is kind of important to me. However, one morning, maybe about 6 days ago instagram has decided to lock me out of my account due to a "possible hck" , i thought not much of it either than me just having to change my password. So i do so. A few hours later i get signed out again so i changed my password. I also have all security features on ETC. I keep getting signed out TO THIS DAY, MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY. It is basically impossible to use my instagram account at this point because instagram keeps fasley flagging the account. I waited 24-48 hours to sign back in, cleared my apps cache, tried it on a different device, logged into facebook business suite, made sure i had no 3rd party connected apps, and again I have every security feature enabled. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS, IVE TRIED EVERYTHING.
Locked out of Instagram due to 2FA
I was locked out of my Instagram for months after not being able to get my 2FA code from Duo mobile. After 100+ rejected attempts at video selfie verification, I was finally able to get back into my account by getting 2 friends to approve me. Here’s how I did it!

Go to the Instagram log in page

Instead of typing in your username, type in the email address you used to make that Instagram account in the first box that asks for username or email. DON’T USE YOUR USERNAME.

Type in the password to your account

It should bring you to a pop up that would ask you to choose which Instagram you “would like to recover”.

Click on the account that you have been locked out of and want to recover

It will then ask you to type in your phone number or email address and they will send you a code.

Type in the code.

It will ask why you need help recovering your account. You can put that you’ve been hacked, but I think any of the options would work.

Now you are onto the part where 2FA is required. It will ask how you would like to verify yourself, either through video selfie or “get verification from 2 friends”.

Click the 2 friends option and it will bring you to a page where they will give u a short list of your closest friends to choose from

Select 2 friends and they will receive a notification to confirm that you are the owner of the account. They will need to approve it within 48 hours.

If they both approve you, you will be sent an email address with an 8 digit code to get you back into your account.
It took me a few tries with the verification from friends method because some of my friends weren’t receiving any notifications. Keep trying and choosing different friends to approve you and make sure their Instagram notifications are turned on. You should also text them beforehand to let them know you’re trying to get back into your account.
