How to Resolve the 1-5-2-1 Beep Code on Intel® Server Systems
Because the 1-5-2-1 beep code initially points to a CPU socket population situation (click here), proceed as follows: Both CPU1 & CPU2 power need to be supplied even if CPU2 is not installed. Ensure the board-CPU combination is a compatibility one. For this, refer to our Product Specifications page. Make sure that the processor is properly seated. See the Intel® Processor Installation Support page.

r/intel on Reddit: Motherboard Beep Codes
June 3, 2021 -

Hi - guys. I have the HP Omen GT-13 0897nz - motherboard being the Dorado OC AMP.

Further specs:

i9 10900k
HyperX Fury 4x8GB 3200mhz
Omen Cooler Master 120mm AIO
2 TB WD Black SN750 SSD

I have tried to boot my PC without a graphics card however I am not receiving any signal. Instead it gives me 3 long beeps continued by 3 short high pitch beeps. All components are pretty much new and everything is plugged in correctly so I am confused as to why I am receiving this error code. Also when booting I use a type-c to hdmi to connect to my monitor since the motherboard has no other input for display. I removed my cmos battery and still the same happens. 3 long beeps 3 short beeps high pitched all in a loop until i switch it off.

Computer POST and Beep Codes
2 weeks ago - The computer POST (Power-On Self-Test) checks a computer's internal hardware for compatibility and connection before starting the remainder of the boot process. If the computer passes the POST, the computer may give a single beep (some computers may beep twice) as it starts and continues to boot. However, if the computer fails the POST, the computer may generate a beep code telling the user the source of the problem.

Intel bios beep Code | All About Circuits
November 15, 2011 - According to the Technical Specifications document for your mother board, a BIOS feature called Hyper boot is available in the BIOS. Is that enabled? So you did update to the newer BIOS, you didn't mention that earlier. I've noticed in other threads in the forum that the standard POST single beep has been removed in the BIOS updates for other Intel mother boards.
