Thank you for the advice.
But I stumbled upon an Intel forum and discovered it was an optional update from Microsoft from last month that was causing the issue.
I reinstalled Windows 7 again and also the drivers and this fixed my issue.
I think the mistake that I did was that I installed multiple drivers for Bluetooth adapter which caused the problem.
Just downloading the genuine driver for the adapter helped.
I am having Dell Inspiron 15 N5110 with specs as follows:
Processor : Intel Core i5-2410M
Ram : 4 GB
Graphics : Intel HD Family
OS : Windows 7 Home Basic, 64 bit
Earlier when I paired my bluetooth headset and right clicked it in 'Device and Printers' menu, the first option listed as 'Services' and after clicking it, I was able to connect my headset with my laptop.
But now after a fresh install of genuine windows, when I pair my bluetooth headset and right click it in 'Device and Printers' menu, the first option lists as 'Bluetooth Operations' (as shown in the image below) and after clicking it a different interface appears than the previous one.
I don't know whether it is caused due to formatting of windows or a due to a newer/older version of windows, it seems inconvenient as I am used to the 'Services' option which I was using from the past years.
Can anyone tell how I can get the 'Services' option back in place of 'Bluetooth Operations'?
