You got Intel's T wrong. It's not low power, it's power limited. Basically, same thing as non-T, but BIOS will use lower power limits. These are not more efficient than non-T. It's a common myth over on r/homelab More on reddit.com

Guide to Intel processor suffixes: What the letters in CPU names mean
September 1, 2024 - The company has once again changed its naming convention for the new Meteor Lake chips by dropping the "Gen" and "i" branding from its CPUs and by splitting the Core chips into the regular Core series and the new Core Ultra series. The new Intel Core and Core Ultra processors use only H and U suffixes, but here's a quick look at all the ones they've used over the years:

April 22, 2020 - For desktop parts, the first 1 (2, for 5 digit codes) numbers are the generation, and the next three are the processor's tier within that generation. The suffixes are fairly basic, K allows overclocking, F has no integrated graphics processor.

About Intel® Processor Numbers

The processor number is one of several factors, along with processor brand, specific system configurations, and system-level benchmarks, to be considered when choosing the right processor for your computing needs.

A higher number within a processor class or family generally indicates more features, but it may be more of one and less of another. Once you decide on a specific processor brand and type, compare processor numbers to verify the processor includes the features you are looking for.
