Both are laptop chips with high-performance integrated graphics. The key difference is that HQ historically guaranteed 4 physical cores, while older H models could be dual-core. You got Intel's T wrong. It's not low power, it's power limited. Basically, same thing as non-T, but BIOS will use lower power limits. These are not more efficient than non-T. It's a common myth over on r/homelab
