I am trying to IntelliJ in Windows 7 32 bit OS based on documentation. I downloaded IntelliJ latest. And tried to install it saying "it does not work for 32 bit." ... JRE for 32-bit systems is not bundled with IntelliJ IDEA. More on stackoverflow.com

JetBrains has invested hundreds of developer-years in the features that are part of Ultimate. It's indeed possible for the community to create replacements, but I assume most people think that buying a license is a better use of their time/money. More on reddit.com
