Hello,
I want to buy some pieces from Aritzia but since it is a US based retailer I'm confused. There is an international website but I wonder how process works. If anyone of you have shopped from Europe can you share your experiences? Thank you.

Aritzia is a Canadian retailer. My guess is they use an international courier like FedEx or DHL and you pay import duties depending on your country.

It’s actually a Canadian retailer that’s expanded into the US. I don’t recommend supporting this business while you are in Europe. Maybe if you get a chance to visit either country and see the products in person. Sizing of products vs. the sizing chart is often way off and you’d have a nightmare exchanging your items… not to mention they are expensive to begin with… I cannot imagine paying duties on top of those prices. In your situation I wouldn’t buy anything unless you do your research on sizing very thoroughly and cannot find the style of product at another retailer. You are better off shopping from Zara or H&M. 2 years ago I would have highly recommended them. Lately there’s been a huge decline in customer service and quality in both Canada and the US… not just of the products themselves, but the service (constantly shipping out dirty or damaged items). As a Vancouverite (the brand origin is Vancouver, BC, Canada) it was great to see my favourite store grow….. little did us Canadians know that expanding would come at the cost of quality and service. I could not in good faith recommend you shop Ariztia while in Canada or the US with their current status of business practice let alone internationally.

Not sure if this has already been mentioned, but duties & tax are now included with international orders (at least for the UK and a couple of other random countries I checked).
I’ve been putting up with customs from when they first launched international shipping so it’s a welcome change lol. Overall cost seems to be about the same, though, so don’t expect items to be priced the same as they are in Canada or the US :’)
