I'm looking to offer an improved version of back glass replacement for iPhone 11's where instead of using the big hole back glass, I would remove the original, outer camera glass lens and bezel and then use a small hole back glass cover. This way I can ensure better water resistance (maybe) by following the OEM installation.
That said, I've been searching everywhere for suppliers of back glass with the small hole but haven't found one yet. Everyone offers the big hole version, if at all, or just a full housing assembly, which I do not want to use for this offering. I can also get the original size lenses and bezels but so far, no dice on the glass.
Does anyone have a recommendation, please?

Hey everyone,
My iPhone 11 Pro Max screen just cracked and I’m trying to decide what to do.
For anyone who has recently replaced their screen — how much did it cost you? And is it worth going for the original screen, or is a duplicate/third-party screen good enough?
I’m getting mixed answers from local shops, so I’d love to hear real experiences: *How much did you pay? *Was the quality of the duplicate screen okay (brightness, touch, True Tone)? *Any issues after replacement? *Would you recommend original or duplicate?
Thanks in advance! 🙏
I have been trying to learn how to replace the glass of the iPhone 11's display. It has been much harder than expected even though I have the necessary tools. I would like to ask if someone has experience with it.
Removing the frame seems to be the most difficult step. Here is what I have found out so far:
-
Don't remove the lower part near the cable
-
Set the lcd seperator tool to 90 C and work quickly, lower temperatures don't affect the glue much
But even following these rules, I still damage the oled every time.
