My iPhone 11 recently stopped working and I talked to T-Mobile support about getting a replacement with my insurance. I got a renewed iPhone in the mail and there was so many issues involving the SIM card but it eventually it “worked”. That was until the cellular and Wi-Fi connection would randomly cut out for no reason multiple times a day and the screen would freeze. I contacted the support number again and they sent me another renewed phone (the one I’m currently using). Since the very first night I got the phone every time I go to charge my phone at night the charging would turn off and turn back on and I would hear that little charging sound effect over and over again it seems as though the charging port is messed up. I’m getting seriously annoyed about having to keep contacting T-Mobile over this issue is there anything I can do?
