Okay so this post is ab my gf that just bought a brand new iPhone Air. She’s in the process from switching carriers and wanted to keep her number so we went to the Verizon store to get everything swapped. She’s needed a charger port plus a case & screen protector. She wanted them to install the screen protector so that’s all she ended up getting but when she went to check out the dude says “your total comes out to 71 blah blah” I thought they had a transfer fee or something but come to find out he told her she had to transfer it all herself and that 70 sum dollars was for a pure gear steel 360 screen protector that you can buy for $9-12 at Walmart. I was beyond mad but she has the tendency to not ask questions or back out once she pulls her card out. I wanted to go right back in the that store and demand her money back but it was her fault too. She acted like she really needed it and it was okay to pay that much. I still want her to get her money back lol. Ridiculous this I why I buy my phones direct from Apple electronic salespeople are diabolical.
