Unfortunately,I have to move from my lovely galaxy m33 to iPhone for apple ecosystem issues .
I am a use your phone if it works type of guy.I dont use phone for gaming or any hard task.while I have been looking for a new phone, the difference between 15 pro max and 13 pro max did not fascinated me to give extra money and high tax in my country.
My question is simple, can iPhone 13 Pro Max bring longevity issues for a regular guy that uses phone for just social meda and daily task or should I go with an iPhone 16e?

If you keep your phone for a long time, get the best iPhone you can comfortably afford. 15 Pro will last a lot longer at this point.

Hey so I'm currently saving to get a new iPhone since my iPhone X is slowing down and I was considering getting an iPhone 13 Pro Max for the beginning of 2025 and was wondering if this was a good purchase baring in mind that it's gonna be refurbished (that's all I can afford). Had the 13PM since launch in 2021 and it’s everything I need in a smartphone. I have no desire or need to upgrade for at least 2 years. Battery is at 86%.

Personally, I love my 13 pro max and don’t really ever want to upgrade. I considered upgrading this year and just decided not to 🤷🏻♀️

Depends on what your priority is 13 pro max is a solid phone and the advantages 14 pro max has over it are Higher quality main camera, Dynamic Island and Faster chip if these things matter to you, you should go for the 14 PM if not then take the 13 PM

My man, if you cover up the notch/Dynamic Island I’m confident that a large amount of people wouldn’t be able to tell the last 5 or 6 gens iPhones apart. The smartphone as a product has hit a plateau a long time ago

I wanna buy an iPhone and I was thinking on getting a 13 Pro/Pro Max as I've found some great deals and seen people talk about it being one of the best iPhones made. What I worry abou is it being too outdated to buy in 2025 as the phone came out in 2021 so it's already 4 years old, which seems kind of too old for buying a new phone.
I want my new phone to be good for atleast 3-4 years without any need for an upgrade.

I live in Nordics where everything is digitalized, from banking, personal, to school and job stuff, so you need reliable, powerful, and snappy phone. I have 13 pro for three years and four months and other than battery being on 84%, I have never managed to clogged it or slow it down or anything else. Still fast as hell, from day one I keep it in Otterbox defender case and screen glass protector. If I want to take all that down off it would probably look like completely new phone. I am definitely not broke, if I want to, I can afford new iPhone every year but at this point, it’s just silly to pay that much for such a small upgrade. I tried Samsung galaxy 24 ultra, don’t get me wrong. It is awesome toy, but overall quality and simplyness, camera etc It’s still better on iPhone 13 Pro.
