Get the iPhone 13 Pro if you want a solid all round phone with more cameras, video options, general "pro" features such as the 120hz display (smoother experience) and a little more control over everything on a settings level... Do bear in mind, it's a heavier device, and rather thick/premium feeling in comparison to the base iPhone models. I would argue this option gives you far more value for money though. Also, the Alpine Green colour option is beautiful imo. Get the iPhone 14 if you want a solid all round phone that doesn't have any extra bells and whistles, settings and additional Pro level options. It will be lighter and slightly thinner making it more comfortable in general use, and is slightly less "premium" of a device. It basically depends on your use case, if you care a lot about camera versatility and quality of device, the 13 Pro is the option.
