General consensus is, give up on the wireless charger. Even if I get it to charge my work iPhone, it is so ridiculously slow and seemingly does nothing but heat up the phone, doesn't even provide a meaningful charge, even though the phone is idle. Turn it off and use it as a pocket, either for a phone or whatever else you want to put in there. Personally, I wouldn't have even optioned the wireless charger, but since I got a Prime XSE Premium w/Solar it was coming with either way, makes a great pocket to hold phones and other items though. Is anyone else having issues charging there phone in the car? I was completely baffled at why I couldn’t charge the 15 pro max in my car. I tried numerous cables and even bought ones that I saw were recommended and still wouldn’t work. My wireless charger that’s built into the car wasn’t working either. I’ve only had the 15 pro max for a week so was finding this odd. I ended up switching back to my 14 pro max since I had no issues charging it before and guess what same exact issue. Now, both phones show they are charging but the charge doesn’t increase no matter how long a drive I do. I then started wondering if something was up with my car so grabbed my Samsung phone to see if it would charge. Guess what, the Samsung charges with the cord and the wireless charging. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I’ve already factory reset both iPhones and they are fully updated. My guess is since it’s an issue with both this means is a software issue. Anyone else having this issue since updating? I’m hoping Apple realizes there an issue and gets this fixed soon.
