I think it’s important to differentiate between just the plastic film type and the tempered glass type. I much prefer the tempered glass type as the clarity is usually quite high even in the cheap no name ones and they feel just like the iPhone glass. Also I think they add a better layer of protection over plastic film. More on reddit.com

I’m using the one they sell at Apple. Pretty sure it’s a belkin one. Has a 2 year smash replacement and 1 year lifting replacement at Apple so I’m decently happy. I used to use EFM sapphire screen protectors on my XS and was very happy with them due to the increased scratch resistance, but I haven’t had any experience with them lately so I’m not sure if they’re the same quality

The local carrier installed this Belkin glass screen protector when I got the phone a few weeks back and said the edges would correct themselves but they never did. I’m assuming this is because of the curved edges.
