Is it worth buying the current top of the line iPhone? Yes. If you need one now. If you don’t NEED a phone now, wait till iPhone 17 Pro Max releases in just 2 months. It will be better and have an extra year of software and hardware support. I have one, and currently have no issues. Works great. Many of the issues on here can be resolved with a full software reset ( which I did once, and it fixed my issue). If people here have hardware issues, it’s still under 1 year warranty. Insane you managed to even get close to killing this thing in one day. I can’t do it, and I’ve often gotten 2 days out of it with my usage. I basically have the totally opposite experience from you; feel the camera is top notch, especially with the new Photograph Styles. I’ve had absolutely no bugs, no touch issues, no black screen on camera, nothing that’s been going around as issues with the 16s, ever since I got it on launch. It’s been smooth, really fast and consistent. I do agree Intelligence is just a gimmick in its current state, and I’m glad it wasn’t my motivation to upgrade from my old 12 Pro Max.
