We fix screens, backs, batteries, charge ports + other issues from anywhere - just tell us the most convenient location near you, and we'll pickup, or fix your device on-site (in equipped vehicle) in available areas, or by express mail-in, all with Covid-19 Process Changes to keep You - and Us - safe!

Usually within 20-40mins from technician/device arrival, in most cases. Don't worry - you'll be up and running in no time, but the sooner you book, the better! We complete our repairs in our equipped vehicles (if you are in service area) or there is the option for mail-in as well outside of our on-demand service areas. No, not at all - in fact, we come to You, where available, in most cases!

But as an alternative to on-site fix or if not available in your area yet, you may book your device in for express mail-in (canada-wide) or self managed hub drop-off/pickup with one of our mailbox partners (in available areas).

We're The Original Mobile Fix Technicians. Fix Factory Techs (fTechs) come to you (where available), typically at home, the office or even a coffee shop or parking lot (completed in our equipped vehicle). We'll conduct basic repairs such as screens, batteries and ports, back glass covers and cameras, on-site, and in an anti-static environment in equipped vehicle. iPads/tablets, or devices requiring board-level repairs/soldering are concierge via free pickup and delivery in available service areas. Please note, we do not allow walk-ins to our technician shops.
