It depends what you use your phone for. For me, I’m an avid photographer and when I got my first iPhone, I got the top spec 128GB 6s, upgraded to a 256GB 8 and now a 512GB Xs Max. If you don’t really take photos and use less than half of your 64 gigabytes, 64 is plenty. But if you are an avid photographer or have games on your device, you might wanna top up a little for 256 More on reddit.com

Hi guys, so I went to my photos recently and it told me my storage was almost full. I was very confused. I barely have any apps in the first place. My total apps should only be 2-3GB yet it takes up about 25 GB according to my iPhone storage. More on discussions.apple.com

It depends. Most of the storage on my phone is taken up by photos, so I use google photos to back them up and then delete it from my phone. That way 64 gb is more than enough for me.

I own a 128gb and I’m fine. I utilize Google photos, I don’t have any downloaded music (I stream it) and I don’t use a ton of apps. I’m barely over 100gb of storage still. No regrets. Edit: I’m still over 100gb of internal storage on my iPhone lol More on reddit.com
