I admit that I still watch 'Who Dares Wins' now. I was a big fan of 'The Professionals' as a kid too, which Lewis Collins starred in opposite Martin Shaw and Gordon Jackson and I was even a member of the Professionals fan club. And yeah, I really did want to become a member of the SAS when I was a kid. Still, we were a Royal Marine family. >< There is a first person camera section, as seen through a gas mask on an SAS soldier roaming down a corridor shooting people. I won't give details because spoilers. My dad got me out of bed so I could watch the Iranian siege denouement live in tv. Still sticks in my mind to this day. More on reddit.com

Does anyone know if there are any feature films about the Iranian Embassy Siege in London (1980)?
The details of the operation at this point has been pretty well documented. The events itself plays out like a Hollywood blockbuster and seems like a no-brainer to make a film out of it.
I mean, ARGO touched on the subject with great success, I'd love to see a movie of similar caliber about the siege.
