Hello! Good yang path na yan, very in demand right now. Starting salary can be a bit higher for data analysts around 25k? Pero feasible din to get 30k and above as starting. You can try searching for open positions on linkedin

2 Klase ang Data Analyst

Yung una, yung entry level sa mga BPO non voice like nung sa accenture na below 20k ang salary range. Ang work is primarily Data Entry, Transaction processing and other non voice related tasks

Yung pangalawa, which is trending right now, is yung Data Analyst na may Analytics/Data Science function. More on insight Generation, problem solving at Data Visualization and Presentation ang tasks. Kelangan marunong ka gumamit ng BI/Analytics tools like Excel (advanced), Data Viz tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qliksense etc) at SQL. sapat na ung 3 na yan (for now) to break an entry to Analytics role (but you need to upskill sooner). 50k up ang starting depende sa company at experience mo, much Higher kung may Domain(specific industry) expertise ka like HR Analytics, Marketing Analytics etc. if you add programming (R o Python) Big Data tools at Cloud, pang Data Sceintist na ang skillset mo.

for the next 15-20 years from now eto ung mga magiging modern Office/corporate Staff.

Nagsisimula ng dumami ang openings pero kulang na kulang ang Qualified applicants dahil maging ang Local companies at Colleges/Universities di makapagproduce ng candidates na may required skillsets. Alam nyo naman dito sa Pinas napaghuhulihan palagi, iilang kumpanya pa lang ata ang ready to adapt, at karamihan sa kanila stuck pa rin sa Excel (even banks)

From that perspective, if you take it now or for the next 5 years, worth it sya. Huge ang potential, malaki ang chance for career growth at pwede ka magtransition from different roles (DE, DS o MLE)
