February 21, 2024 - I know this is an old thread, but for anyone considering buying furniture from Houzz, DO NOT! They are an absolute scam.

I am a business owner that purchased a subscription for my company to be in Houzz. The issue I have is their customer service is horrible. Ive been trying to contact my sales REMOVEDto cancel my subscription for months with no luck. When I call the support team they tell me they cant help me.

2 weeks ago - A week has now gone by and I have ... and buy directly from the furniture manufacturer instead. Houzz is just a third party and have horrible customer service....

2 days ago - Throwback to my first decor video 😍. In love with these gorgeous stools from Meridian Furniture. They also come in pink, black, cream and gray. I ordered these particular ones from @houzz . When ordering stools make sure you order counter and not bar height, or they may be too tall for your island.

I keep missing out on items I love as I’m waiting to buy until we are closer to moving in. My dream table, that I originally found on Wayfair is no longer available on Wayfair. I found it on Houzz and a place called Goedeckers but am nervous about spending close to $900 online.
