Hello I'm close to finishing the google cybersecurity certificate and on the website I was told they give exclusive access to job searching website that they also have companies that are committed to hiring people with the certificate. I'm looking to see if anyone has seen this and how good is it.

I am planning on taking a few separate courses (not on google, but also on google for supplementation) so I can pursue certification, but it'd be a lot easier if I could change careers sooner rather than later?

If you have no technical IT experience whatsoever it's probably a good warm-up for Security+. Other than that it isn't going to get anyone to hire you just on the basis of completing the cert no matter what Google's warm and friendly commercials might say.
