I wanted to get the communities opinion on this company before I drop over $1,000 on what I consider a “beauty tool”. How is the customer service and are the tables as beautiful as they look online?

Hi all! I’m looking to buy a vanity for a new foam room project I’m starting on. I really love the impressions vanity vanities and had my cart full but then saw a lot of bad reviews about customers not knowing what’s going on with their orders for 1-2 months and the company not responding.
Has anyone purchased anything from impressions vanity recently?
Or do you have a recommendation of a good quality vanity for an adult? Post pics and link please!
All the ones on Amazon seem so small!
This is the mirror I’m thinking of getting. Does anyone have any experiences shopping with them? The price is a bit much for me, but my last LED mirror stopped working after a couple years of mild use(more heavy use this past year) so I’d like something higher quality and this is adorable! If this is more long-lasting it would be so worth it!! Thank you much. :)
I bought an Impressions Vanity 'Hollywood Premiere Slim Plus' mirror. It normally costs $519, but I bought it on sale for $468.

I wanted to use good lighting for my makeup application, so I bought GE Reveal 40 watt bulbs. However, the GE Reveal 40 watt bulbs did not work with the mirror. I checked, and the GE Reveal bulbs are 240V. The Hollywood Premiere Slim Plus vanity mirror only uses 20V bulbs.
It is almost impossible to find 20V bulbs that provide good lighting. I am very disappointed because I bought an expensive mirror that only uses hard-to-find bulbs that do not give good light. What is the point of buying an expensive Hollywood vanity mirror if it can only use poor quality light bulbs?
When I contacted Impressions Vanity, they said that this "is why we recommend customers purchase bulbs from us, to ensure they will function properly". From this response, it looks like Impressions Vanity wants to make money from selling expensive mirrors PLUS hard-to-find bulbs. Unfortunately, the Impressions Vanity bulbs are not good quality.
I left a review with my purchase experience on the Impressions Vanity website, but they did not post it. So keep in mind that Impressions Vanity filters customer feedback and only posts positive reviews.
I’m really wanting one of the Impressions Vanity Hollywood mirrors, and I saw they are doing a 30% off sale right now. I’m thinking about pulling the trigger but I was curious if they ever do better sales. I scrolled back on their Facebook and saw their Black Friday sale was UP TO 70% off, but I’m sure the mirrors weren’t that much off. Does anyone know how high the discounts typically go and when would be a better time to buy if not now.
I think the biggest discount I’ve ever seen was 50% off around the holidays - and it’s not always on every style. I will say I bought my sister one of their mirrors for her Bday last year when they were doing a similar sale, and I was actually really impressed. They are HEFTY metal, solid construction, and you definitely felt like you got what you paid for. I haven’t seen any other mirrors of the same quality since.
I admit, I'm too lazy rn to calculate the percentage, but I got this mirror during their November sale for $19 - and the best part of that is that the sale is all month long, rather than a panicky week or few days. I left a review around November/December that mentions it being a great investment - and I still agree with that!
Overall, I recommend waiting until there's a better discount
Would anyone happen to know where to get just the Vanity Top with Drawers from Impressions Vanity from? I don't need the whole set just the top drawers in the Pro size; SLAYSTATION PRO 2.0 VANITY TABLETOP. They use to sell it individually but not anymore and I don't want to spend almost a grand for ikea grade drawers and a vanity top.
** It doesn't have to be from the Impressions brand, I don't mind a Dupe or a tad smaller, there def is flexibility
Not sure where to get just the tabletop but I’ve had my Impressions Vanity for 2 years now and the drawers are much better than any IKEA furniture I’ve had. It’s a huge expense though, so I get it! I perused Wayfair and Amazon when I was figuring out what I wanted and they had some decent options.
Look into lumina pro. They have similar products!

I contacted Impressions Vanity Mirror customer support via their email on Dec. 20th because I only got 2 out of 3 of my mirrors. I sent them a video to show it and didn’t hear anything from their support team. I then sent an email to check-in on Dec. 26th (and a message on their Frontdesk portal).
Still nothing, I sent an email today. I’ve been trying to call their customer support number the past week and it goes straight to voicemail”this mailbox is full.”
I am not sure what to do at this point and either want my mirror or a refund on it (plus the extended warranty I bought for it)…
I’ve never had this issue with them when I bought a mirror from them 3-4 years ago (that mirror broke last month which is what led me to going back to them). I’m just at a loss of what to do with this situation since I’ve never encountered this before. Does anyone know what I could or should do?
I’d give them until the end of the week and then do a chargeback for the third mirror if they don’t provide a new tracking number showing that a replacement has been shipped out.
