I am applying for an apartment and they need to verify my employment. I reached out to our HR department and they said to have the apartment agency go through The Work Number website. They tried that and said that it’s too complicated of a process and just need someone to fill out their form. I tried to log into the work number (never used it before) but keep getting an error message so I’m unable to provide them any information. I’m not sure how to help the apartment agency if I don’t know how to use the site either. Has anyone used it? The apartment agency’s form seems to be incredibly detailed.
