You complain about baseless comparisons then say that Jabra is comparable to luxury audio companies. No, they aren’t comparable to B&O, M&D, or B&W. Jabra doesn’t even make open backed wired headphones. Just because you don’t agree with what someone is saying doesn’t make their statements horrendous. This whole rants reeks of fanboyism. The fact is that Jabra has long been passed when it comes to ANC with products from Beats/Apple, Samsung, Bose, Sony, and Google having measurably better ANC. Jabra rested on their name with the Elite 7 series. They released an inferior product with ANC that made no impact and average mic quality, something they used to excel at. Bone conduction sensors don’t mean anything. Sony has included those with their past two flagship earbuds and they still sound average, at best, for call quality. Nothing will beat a $20-$30 pair of wired earbuds for call quality. What you need to do is sit back and realize that Jabra doesn’t make luxurious products, they make everyday audio products. People can and should freely criticize them even if it means having the rambling thoughts of a fanboy on their review or post. Jabra is no longer a class-leading audio company. They were surpassed in areas by other manufacturers long ago. Even now, the Elite 8 Active have better ANC than the Elite 7 series but they aren’t the same level as the AirPods Pro 2, Bose QC earbuds II/Ultra, Sony’s XM4/XM5 earbuds, or even the pair of $100 Asus earbuds I have for my ROG Ally. Their sound quality is fine, but also beat out by others. It’s perfectly fine if not everyone likes the brand you are gushing over. Instead of telling the whole tech world to leave Jabra alone (insert Britney Spears fan rant video), why don’t you just use the products you like and move on? More on reddit.com

If a product is properly designed and manufactured, it puzzled me why consumer has to end up doing all these fix and patch. And if there is a trend for a particular problem like this one, shouldn’t there be a direct replacement or even a product recall entirely? What we we paying for? A half baked product? No, the left earbud is a "dummy" and only receives audio from being close to the right one. They also seem to try and feel their "orientation" so they are towards each other, like in your head, so that they don't turn on if they are just laying on the table, which means pressing your faces against each other won't work.
