I got a new phone because my old one died without warning. I was unable to make sufficient backups because of this. I got a Google Pixel 7 and am trying to connect my Jabra Elite 3's to my new phone. It shows me the earbuds in my bluetooth settings, and my Sound+ app recognizes that my earbuds are there, but it won't connect. It either just times out or says that I'm using the incorrect pin/passcode (there is nowhere it input a pin, though one does pop up when it sometimes asks if I want to sync my contacts).
I have tried turning my phone off and on again. I have tried turning bluetooth off and on again. I have tried closing all the apps and re-opening them. I have charged my earbuds. I have tried resetting the earbuds (i.e. waiting until they flash purple in the case).
Does anyone know what else I can try?
EDIT: What ended up working for me was uninstalling the jabra specific app (Sound+), holding the buttons on the headphones down to pair in the case, then connecting through my blutooth settings on my phone like any other device. But there are a lot of other options below in case that fix doesn't work for someone else. Thanks every one :)
Fresh out of the box, instructions to hold for 3 secs on both the buttons but it shuts down (LED flashes red) instead of going into pairing mode (LED should flash blue)
