About a few days ago, my Jabra Elite 3 started playing only on the right ear with the left earbud not working. I tried to click forget device on my iPhone's bluetooth feature, hoping to be able to just reconnect with the bluetooth and then having both earbuds play again. However, as it turns out, bluetooth doesn't seem to want to conenct with the Jabra and it won't even appear in the list of devices for my iPhone's bluetooth. For those saying to just do the earbuds on the open case and pressing both buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds until the LED flash purple thing, no it does not work as it never flashes purple. Any tips on how to fix it?

I haven't used my Jabra Elite 3 for a 2-3 weeks and now none of the earbuds turn on, the light on them doesn't even light up when I put them or I take them out of the case. What I tried so far:
-leaving them overnight in the case, connected to charger. Nothing happened.
-trying to reset them by having both earbuds in the case and push both buttons at the same time for more than 10seconds. Nothing happened, the lights don't start blinking.
Should I disassembly the buds and check if the batteries in them are below a certain voltage and charge them manually with a power supply?
I've done some microsoldering in the past, including iPhone sandwich motherboards so I can take technically advanced advices.
Should I waste my time on this?
The led never turns off, it's also a weird colour, like a very pale green. It is also not charging the earbuds anymore. Any idea what might be going on?
Hello u/Soggy-Weather-8682, thank you for reaching out. We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Jabra Elite 3. This is certainly not expected. We kindly suggest resetting your charging case using the steps below:
1. Open the charging case and place the earbuds inside the case.
2. Leave the lid open, and plug it into a power source using the supplied USB cable and the power supply or a wall charger with a standard voltage of 5v +- 0.25v. (Note: It is not recommended to charge the earbuds/case using a power supply with a higher voltage)
3. Once you see the case battery level LED indication light up near the port after 3 to 5 sec, please close the lid.
Allow the earbuds and the case to charge for 2 hours to receive a full charge. Please let us know if you continue to have trouble. We are here to help!
even am also getting same issue as i am using Jabra elite 2 my charging case indicating blue light, followed your provided steps but still its in same state.
