Hello, I am having an issue with the Jabra Sound+ app at the moment. I just bought the Elite 7 Active today, and when I first downloaded the app, I was able to pair earbuds through the app with my phone, and it worked just fine. I was able to access all the features of the app with no issues. However, after a little bit I went to the app again to check some settings, and it now no longer recognizes when the earbuds are on and paired with the phone. I can still use the earbuds with the phone just fine, but I no longer have any access to the bonus features that the app provides. Is there a quick and easy step I might be missing in order to get that access back?
Thanks for any help in advance!
I recently purchased a pair of Elite 7 Actives and they connect to the app perfectly straight out of the box. But today I went to use the app and it prompted me to connect my headphones via Bluetooth, despite the fact they are already connected. I have tried pairing the headphone to my phone again, reinstalling the app, and restarting my phone, along with everything on this Jarba page: https://www.jabra.com.au/supportpages/jabra-elite-7-active/100-99171703-98/faq/What-do-I-do-if-Jabra-Sound-Plus-does-not-detect-my-paired-device
Sorry if there is an obvious solution I missing, Thanks.

Same for me, Sound+ connected the first time to the elite 7a, and then never again. I can connect to the phone, everything works normally, but I can't use the Sound+ app because it just doesn't detect the paired and connected headphones.
It would appear volume control has been removed as a programmable button option in the Sound+ app after the latest firmware update (2.0.0). Can anyone confirm if this is the case or am I missing a setting somewhere?
