When I try to link my 75t to the Sound+ app, it stays stuck on the "Connecting..." screen forever. How do i fix this?

Hello u/lil_oxy , We are sorry to learn that your Jabra Sound+ app is not recognizing your Jabra Elite 75t. Please follow these instructions to get the Sound+ app to recognize your device: Be sure that you have a strong Wi-Fi or data connection on your phone Disable any battery-saving settings on your phone Uninstall the Jabra Sound+ and the Jabra Service apps Un-pair ("Remove" or "Forget this device") the Jabra Elite 75t from your smartphone fully Turn Bluetooth on your smartphone off Reboot your phone While your phone is restarting, reset your device using the instructions linked here: https://www.jabra.com/supportpages/jabra-elite-75t/100-99090000-02/faq/How-do-I-manually-reset-my-Jabra-Elite_Elite-Active-75t-to-the-default-settings. Once your phone has powered back on, reinstall the Jabra Sound+ app, but DO NOT open it. Make sure that the Sound+ app is running without any restrictions in your phone settings. Repair your Jabra Elite 75t to your smartphone Open the Jabra Sound+ app If the app does not recognize your Jabra Elite 75t, please force quit the Sound+ app and turn off the Jabra device. Then relaunch the Sound+ app and power the Jabra device back on.
