Not sure what happened today, i charged my case up in my car during my commute, when i got to my destination i noticed the green light pulsing as if it were still charging after removing the cable. Also my phone will not detect the case. Any idea how to fix this.
Im so fed up with these buds right now. Out of all 3 generations this one is giving me the most issues. Ugh.
I bought The jabra elite 75t a couple hours ago and charged them immediately. No led lights turned on when I put them in the case/ take them out. The light on the charging case is green. I can't turned the buds on no matter how long I press them. Please, I'm so confused and hopeless and I have no idea what to do
I charged my case and not it is blinking light even after the charger is disconnected. It is just 2 days of purchase and i am seeing this problem. I tried to open, connect and disconnect but no affect. Also tried plugging and unplugging the charger. Nothing is working.
Hello u/Anarchnymous
Thank you for reaching out through this platform. We are sorry to hear about this! We kindly suggest resetting the Jabra Elite 75t's charging case. Please follow the guidelines provided below:
-
Open the charging case and place the earbuds inside the case.
-
Leave the lid open, and plug it into a power source using the supplied USB cable and the power supply or a wall charger with a standard voltage of 5v +- 0.25v.
(Note: It is not recommended to charge the earbuds/case using a power supply with a higher voltage) -
Once you see the case battery level LED indication light up near the port after 3 to 5 sec, please close the lid.
-
Allow the earbuds and the case to charge for 2 hours to receive a full charge. Please let us know how this goes. We are here to help you.
Same issues for me, incredible amount of issues with these headphones and charging for fresh out of the box and Jabra Support is pretty useless. Why can't I just plug my case in and have it charge when it is connected to power? seems pretty basic?
I leave my 75t case plugged in. Often after a day or two the outside LED will start slowly blinking green. Can't find any documentation on what that means. If I unplug it and plug it back in right away the LED is solid green, but then in a day or so it starts blinking again. I've contacted Jabra and their only question was whether I was using the supplied cable. I wasn't so tried it but it does the same thing.
Any idea what this means, and whether it's causing any harm to just let it blink?
Hello, so I bought my jabra a year ago and it worked perfectly fine up until now. My case is fully charged(green led is flashing), but the earbuds won't charge from it. I tried restarting the case and the earbuds, and even unpaired them from my phone, but nothing worked. Now when I try to pair them by pressing, no blue flashes. They are still paired to my computer, but when I try to connect them to it, it says there's 0% charge and immediately disconnect. When pressed inside or out of the case, they both flash all kinds of colors(video attached). The left one sometimes flashes green as well but nothing from the right one. When put back to the case they both flashes red. Last time I could connect them to the app, it said the case had 3% even though the case was fully charged (there was a green light on it). I have no idea what to do. Thanks.
I received my earphones yesterday. I charged the case for 2 hours and it is now green.
However the earbuds seem to be dead and they will not turn on when pressed. The charger case is green when they are placed in. The magnets are intact and in place when I checked.
It seems like they are receiving no power. I have left them in overnight and still nothing. There is no debris or anything that could impact it.
