Hello Joshua- thank you for your question about the Jabra Elite 75t. When you open your charging case, the LED on the back will light up either red, amber, or green (depending on the battery status of the case). This will also happen when you close your charging case.

I bought The jabra elite 75t a couple hours ago and charged them immediately. No led lights turned on when I put them in the case/ take them out. The light on the charging case is green. I can't turned the buds on no matter how long I press them. Please, I'm so confused and hopeless and I have no idea what to do

Hello u/killer_frosst , Please answer the following questions so that we can get a better idea of the challenge that you are facing: - Do you charge your Jabra Elite 75t using the supplied USB cable? - How do you charge your Elite 75t- with your computer or a wall outlet? - Can either earbud be powered on manually? You can do this by manually powering off the right earbud by pressing the button on both earbuds until the right earbud LED flashes red. Then, repeat the same steps to power on the earbuds. Both of your earbuds should blink green. Please try resetting your Jabra Elite 75t charging case using the instructions below: Put your earbuds in your charging case and plug the charging case into charge fully. Please allow up to two and a half hours for your device to charge entirely. Once your device is fully charged, open the charging case, remove the earbuds, and then place the earbuds inside the case, ensuring that each earbud flashes red when returned. Leave the lid open, plug it into a power source using the supplied USB cable and the power supply or a wall charger with a standard voltage of 5v +- 0.25v. (Note: We do not recommend charging the earbuds/case using a power supply with a higher voltage) Once you see the case battery level LED indication light up near the port after 3 to 5 sec, please close the lid. Allow the earbuds and the case to charge for 2 hours to receive a full charge. Since you bought your Jabra Elite 75t yesterday, your fastest recourse if our suggested troubleshooting does not help is to return to the store where you purchased the Elite 75t for an exchange.

Same issue for me . Brought my old ones back for a return after one stopped working. Had to wait a month for the replacement to arrive and now both new ear buds won’t light up/ charge or turn on even though charging case is green light

Not sure what happened today, i charged my case up in my car during my commute, when i got to my destination i noticed the green light pulsing as if it were still charging after removing the cable. Also my phone will not detect the case. Any idea how to fix this.
Im so fed up with these buds right now. Out of all 3 generations this one is giving me the most issues. Ugh.

Hi u/BKDre , we are sorry to hear that your Jabra Sound+ app is not recognizing the battery percentage of your Jabra Elite 75t charging case. To address this challenge, first please ensure that the Jabra Service app is removed from your phone. Then, try to force quit the Sound+ app and turning off the Jabra Elite 75t. Then power cycle your phone, re-launch Sound+ and power the Elite 75t back on. Regarding the challenge you are facing with the pulsating light on your Jabra Elite 75t charging case, we recommend that you try resetting your charging case using the instructions below: Put your earbuds in your charging case and plug the charging case in to charge fully. Please allow up to two and a half hours for your device to charge entirely. Once your device is fully charged, open the charging case, remove the earbuds, and then place the earbuds inside the case, ensuring that each earbud flashes red when returned. I charged my case and not it is blinking light even after the charger is disconnected. It is just 2 days of purchase and i am seeing this problem. I tried to open, connect and disconnect but no affect. Also tried plugging and unplugging the charger. Nothing is working.

Same issues for me, incredible amount of issues with these headphones and charging for fresh out of the box and Jabra Support is pretty useless. Why can't I just plug my case in and have it charge when it is connected to power? seems pretty basic?
