Hello, so I bought my jabra a year ago and it worked perfectly fine up until now. My case is fully charged(green led is flashing), but the earbuds won't charge from it. I tried restarting the case and the earbuds, and even unpaired them from my phone, but nothing worked. Now when I try to pair them by pressing, no blue flashes. They are still paired to my computer, but when I try to connect them to it, it says there's 0% charge and immediately disconnect. When pressed inside or out of the case, they both flash all kinds of colors(video attached). The left one sometimes flashes green as well but nothing from the right one. When put back to the case they both flashes red. Last time I could connect them to the app, it said the case had 3% even though the case was fully charged (there was a green light on it). I have no idea what to do. Thanks.
I’ve had issues w charging my buds and case before, but now the led on the case doesn’t even turn on when plugged in. For a while now the battery’s been stuck on 8% in the app. Please help, I love these buds and don’t want to have to give up on them
It's my first time with a Jabras product so maybe I'm the slow on. My charging case was at 99% and I used my earbuds pretty much all day yesterday and I left them inside the case around 35% before I went to sleep. I woke up this morning and they're are still on low battery. Am I supposed to leave them plugged in to the USB-C charger? Or should they be charging within the case since the case has more than enough juice?
Any tips would be appreciated
This just happened to me. Got them as a Christmas gift, been using them a lot the past couple days, I left them in the case to charge over night and they have no power currently.
I don’t own the 75t model but the same issue happened with my 65t. Opening them up revealed that the charging case's magnets aren't glued to the case itself, so after a pretty light shock they just popped out. Idk if that could be the case with 75t.
Yesterday when trying to charge my headphones, I noticed that they weren't charging whatsoever. The headphones (kinda) charging but the case wouldn't. Last night, I decided to see if I wasn't giving them enough time, and I charged them overnight. When I woke up this morning, it was still on red light, and had not changed at all. When out doing errands, the case finally died and only turns on whenever I plug it up. What do I do? The case isn't charging, whenever I close the lid (it usually blinks whatever color) it doesn't blink at all. I really love these headphones and haven't ran into a problem until now. Please help!!!
I have had a backup set of jabra 75t in my desk for a year after I thought I lost my headphones. Briefly lost my headphones again and started using this set but it seems the case is defective. I have since found my primary headphones and have been trying to troubleshoot repairs to the defective case.
Issue: charging case will not charge earbuds except when plugged into power. When plugged in light is green. Earbuds recognize/indicate when they are placed in case. Case does not recognize when lid is closed (case indicator light does not flash). Case indicator lights up when plugged into power.
I have cleaned the case contacts to ensure contact to earbuds. I have tried leaving case open with charging cable to reset firmware. I have tried resetting earbuds.
I was trying to figure out how the case recognizes whether the lid is open or closed. I took the cradle out of the case to see if the board was obviously created but cannot find a sensor or completed circuit when the lid closes. I changed the cradle between 1 case that works and 1 that doesn't and that did not change things.
I'm asking for how the case mechanism functions but at the end of the day I'm just trying to repair the case. I know an ebay one is $20 but I'm curious. Thanks!
I'm not sure what happened to produce this behavior. I left them in the case for roughly 2 days. Half of that, the case was plugged in, half of that unplugged. My earbuds were at 10% yesterday, and still not charging. I read some posts dating a couple of years back that it might be a firmware update issue, but now my earbuds are depleted and I'm unable to connect them to anything. I see my phone trying to connect to them, but then automatically disconnects. That tells me my earbuds are practically at 0%.
Also, when I put the earbuds in the case, they both flash red 4 times, but nothing happens.
Any help would be appreciated.
