Hi folks, I've seen some comments and FAQs that specify the exact voltage to use when charging the Jabra case. I haven't seen that with a product I've used before, but I figured I would check the voltages of my chargers.
I have this Anker charger which has Qualcomm Quick Charge 3 ports. Jabra says the active 75t uses "fast charging" so I was wondering if I am supposed to charge with these, or if that might be too high of voltage.
Here's the voltage info I can find for this charger:
(Quick Charge)
QC3.0 port: 3.6-6.5V==3A/6.5-9V==2A/9-12V==1.5A
(Non Qualcomm Quick Charge)
Power IQ port: 5V==4.8A in all , 5V==2.4A max per port

So I am thinking about buying the new Jabra Active 75t. I know that it has USB C for charging. I have a Samsung Phone which also uses USB C..but just bought an official Samsung 45W Adapter for Super Fast Charging. I know that the Jabra won't benefit from the Super Charge..but would the adapter harm it?
I'm using Huawei 40W charger and... nothing happened. I guess it works like with other devices I'm using, that they can communicate with electronics in charger and negotiate proper voltage and current.
Not really the wattage that matters here, if you have any issues with the device one of the questions they will ask you is if you are using " a power supply or a wall charger with a standard voltage of 5v +- 0.25v "

I brought the headphone in America. Can I charge them in a Korean outlet with a USB charger without converting the outlet power voltage to 120v?
AFAIK, all USB plugs will be 5v. Regardless of the system you are plugging into (American 120v, Korean, etc) the USB output should be 5v.
Hello u/Ajrt2118, The Jabra Elite Active 75t does not support dual voltage. You will need to use a converter when charging your Jabra device in Korea. We recommend using a wall adapter with a voltage of 5v+-0.25v to charge your Jabra device and the appropriate converter for your electrical socket’s output. We hope this answers your question.
