Is it possible to pair the Jabra elite 75t on the MacBook? It doesn't show up in visible devices when I turn the bluetooth on 😢

I've been thinking about getting Jabra 75t for video conference calls at home but saw numerous posts about how its connection with Macbook Pro is bad and that it's not "supposed" to be designed to connect with Apple products.
Anyone using Jabra 75t with MBP? What's it like? Should I get it?
I'm using macbook pro 16 2019 and Jabra Elite Active 75t. Currently I don't have issues with it, only main issue is that when I connect my earbuds with mac and my S8 phone... seems like it prioritize the mac more and it keeps disconnecting with my phone.
Also Im using it with my Teams/Skype calls, my coworkers told me that it sounds better than the inbuilt mic from the macbook pro.
I use it often with no issues. Just sometimes it has a problem reconnecting after getting a call in another device and you have to manually connect it to the MBP again.
Title is pretty self explanatory....
I've had them less than 12 hours and don't see how i'll have them much longer. To my iPhone, it's seemingly fine though I only spent 10 minutes testing them yesterday when they arrived. Today, my main use case (connected to my Mac) is an absolute shit show. To start, it took 10 minutes to get them successfully paired and *not* disconnect 5-10 seconds later. Next, another 5-10 minutes to get them to then actually reliably play back audio to any conferencing software I tried (slack, zoom, hangouts). Once I finally did get a meeting to connect and recognize the Active's, the audio was horrendously garbled.
I thought certainly that something was wrong so i restarted.
Oddly enough, I notice a *ton* of interference and audio problems whenever a bluetooth device connects/disconnects from my laptop, especially an Apple Magic Mouse - which I've never seen before. Truly bizarre.
I'm pretty bummed though. The audio quality and specs on paper were what sealed the deal for me. But if this is somewhat not uncommon, these are going right back.

As an update - i caved and got the dongle and....
I can't seem to get the dongle to update the firmware. It errors out after 1% doing the normal update and if I do the manual update by choosing my firmware file, it just crashes immediately after selecting. (This is some seriously shit software)
with the dongle on its current firmware i can't seem to update from (1.2ish), the audio was great for the first ~minute and is a choppy mess (completely unusable). I really want to like these things because my only recourse is returning them and getting the Sony's.
expanding on 2, if i disconnect/reconnect enough times, my audio can sound fine but according to other users, my audio is an absolute robotic mess. (Using Zoom for video conferencing).
I regret that at this point I'm just returning these. The buds themselves truly are the best option on the market for what I need, but they don't perform at all, even with the suggested adapter. Next up are the Jaybirds or the Sony's.
