The Jabra Enhance Select 200 sold online is equivalent to the ReSound OMNIA ONE Tech Level 5 RIE 61 Rechargeable. The Jabra Enhance Pro 10 sold at Costco for the same price is equivalent to the ReSound OMNIA Tech Level 9 Mini-RIE 60 Rechargeable. Yes, these are much better than any other OTC hearing aid out there. If you can, get the Costco version. Edit: Corrected the model equivalent for the Select 200 to the ReSound ONE instead of the OMNIA. Thank you, u/hdnoejr1

I've been wearing these since March and have consistently had problems getting any amplification in the left ear. Bluetooth works fine, but after the initial beeping I don't get any amplification like in the right ear.
I just got a replacement pair from them and the problem in the left ear persists. Talked to the audiologist on zoom about this today so she had me retake the hearing test, and she stated that there wasn't any change from the last one in March and thinks that it may be an ear canal blockage. I don't agree with this assessment because I can hear the initial beeping in my ear and then can listen to calls in both ears with no problem.
Anyone else have this problem?

I am having the same issue. No amplification in both ears. Reset both the hearing aids and the iPhone. Also updated the iPhone to the newest version. Had about a 5 second reconnection and then nothing since. Tried multiple times to contact Jabra, total on hold for over 2 hours with no answer. Still over a year on warranty, looks like I will be sending them back. All they are now is very expensive ear plugs. No happy at all with customer support. Worked great when working, but looks like this is a common issue.

I've only had them about a month. Goog Pixel 8 Pro. Left ear drops out, and phone reboot resets left ear. Not daily, but once or twice a week.
