The Evolve 20 is a premium headset mostly used for work like Teams or Zoom conference calls (yes, Skype as well). Work gave us these head phones but seems like they are picking up the sound around me better than my own voice. We’ve checked settings and everything seems fine. This is the dame issue with all my colleagues. Is there anything we can do or check to make sure they cancel out surrounding sounds when using google meet, slack, or any other program?

HSC016 is the Evolve 20, the Jabra entry model USB headset. The noise cancelling is not going to handle a noisy environment, in our case we would call it barely adequate for a normal office environment. The best option is swapping out the headsets to something more appropriate for your working conditions. If that is not an option, then make sure you have any noise cancellation settings in Teams, Zoom or Google Meet turned on, or look into software like Krisp.ai and Neep.com which can help, but may still not do enough.
