I was directed to Jenna’s site to get a jersey but when I enter shipping info, I click the drop down on “country” and it just says “no options”. Is this website issue or some glitch I can get around or what?
I figured this was going to happen. I wanted to order another jersey but waited too long. The JJ2021 site will not allow you to complete the order process - No Country drop down menu available for us in the U.S.
When I contacted them via their outlook email to verify they weren't shipping to the U.S. at this time, this was their response:
"i am so sorry we don't ship to U.S. currently for Trump's tariffs :( thank you,
Jenna"
FML. We're S.O.L.
I haven’t received an email from Jenna on 2 orders I placed and a message I sent.
I placed an order 3 weeks ago and checked out as a guest. Never got an email. I checked my spam folder and everything. So about 2 weeks ago I placed another order and created a profile this time. Same thing. No email. Last week I went to the “Contact us” section and asked for an update on my order. No response.
Any else have have this issue? Is this normal?
I see lots of talk about Jenna on this sub. I am a little slow with technology and I would deeply appreciate a step-by-step guide on how to order from her. It seems like a lot of emails must be sent or something.
Another thing; are Jenna's jerseys true to size? I'm planning on buying soccer jerseys. I am 6 feet tall, 230 lbs, and I usually wear a size XL t-shirt. Thanks!
I ordered my second jersey from Jenna and it was a custom oilers jersey. It stated that It could take around 2-3 weeks more for the jersey to be made since it's a custom jersey. I've contacted Jenna several times over the span of 2 weeks asking on the status of my jersey and she still hasn't responded. I'm very surprised since usually she respond in less than 24 hours. Should I be worried?
Received 3½ hours ago. Close up and follow up of pre-shipment review. Photo 1 - well packaged and protected. Photo 2 - expected badge to be like wotesports. Photo 3 - not charged extra; can tidy with pin and nail clippers; LXV patch looks tidier and less tidying up; Nevada patch stitching tidier than wotesports, RAIDERS lettering is shoddy, poor mascot looks like he's having a stroke. Photo 4 & 5 - lining up of sides left to be desired. Photo 6 - wraparound stitching gives ideal jersey feel. Photo 7 - black collar less baggy; VEGAS looks better up close; RAIDERS is what I expected; bigger letters not available. Photo 8 & 9 - middle views showing proportion of requested bigger numbers to jersey; material around front collar mesh is comically asymmetric. Photo 10 - need full brightness and zoom in; white sleeve length too long; black sleeve length just right. Photo 11 - double stitching applied on front, back, and sleeves numbers looks copious, solid, and is immense; the big winner that sets Jenna apart!! Other intangible paper backing and excess stitching behind the big numbers was removed; paper behind sleeve numbers can wait. The sizing and fit of the black jersey is what I expected, white jersey was more snug in comparison. Considering everything, the positives which would be noticed more outweigh the negatives which most would not notice at quick glancing view. I would recommend going a custom version for the bigger numbers at the extra few $$$.
Tried to order a jersey from her website, but I'm getting stuck on the screen for putting my address in, for whatever reason the drop-down menu for "country" doesn't have any options to click on, so I can't actually check out. Tried on my PC and phone. Anyone else run into this issue or is it just me?
Hi everyone, I'm trying to order a cheaper NFL jersey and since Dhgate doesn't offer NFL jerseys anymore I tried going through jenna2021. Does anyone know if it's still active? I never receive a confirmation email to pay for jerseys.
Edit: I am able to find jerseys on Dhgate by searching NFL instead of players name
COMPREHENSIVE REVIEW from a massive skeptic
Price 10/10 With shipping it was $50 through PayPal
Wait from purchase date 5/10 Placed the order on August 11th, and received in today August 30th
Review As a huge skeptic of DHGate and reps I was very very hesitant on purchasing with the fear of getting scammed and never getting my item or getting something that looked like complete garbage. But Jenna is very professional with her business. Very VERY great communication any questions I had was very attentive in responding. Very nice as well. For anyone who is skeptical or in between on doing business with Jenna because it feels sketchy let me first to tell you it's worth the price. Bang for you buck deal. With Fanatics being horrible, and me being in the market for a new jersey I looked at all the options not just Jenna.
10/10 purchase IN MY OPINION. again this is just my opinion if you have the money for higher grade and authentic jerseys by all means do it. Being a very frugal person I didn't want to spend hundreds on two bears jerseys. For $50 dollars I couldn't beat that deal.
Jenna is a GREAT seller and anyone who's debating it DONT. Just do pull the trigger.
TLDR; Jock logo placed too high, back name plate not sewn on very well. Overall I rate it a "B" can't complain too much for $26 w/ free shipping.
Hi all, my cheesehead friend and I were talking about how shitty the quality of the new Fanatic jerseys were and got to talking about reps. One thing lead to another and we decided to buy 2 jerseys from Jenna2021. I bought a Bosa jersey for myself while he got a Jordan Love one.
Seller and price - I bought 2 jerseys from Jenna2021. Each jersey was $24 ($26 post tax) with free shipping. I won't link the site as I'm not sure if it's allowed. You can just google "Jenna2021 jersey wholesale" and it's the first link. I didn't use DHGate because sizing was way too much of an issue between sellers. The jerseys there are either too big or too small, I heard Jenna's sizing was more consistent but I'll get into that in the "sizing" section below.
Process - the website is a bit dated, but easy to navigate than most Rep sites. The basic process on the website is to add the jerseys to the cart and then check-out. Jenna will send you an e-mail and provide a separate AliExpress link for a $1 item. You will then add quantity equal to the amount of your order. For example, you will add 24 quantity of said $1 item for a $24 order, then sales tax is applied. You're kind of taxed twice since the quantity amount you enter on AE is post-tax and then you're taxed again while checking out on AE, but the jerseys are cheap enough. You then check-out with CC or paypal. I used paypal since my CC didn't seem to work. (YMMV on this).
Shipping - I bought the jerseys on 2/25 and it shipped the next day. I asked for QC pics and they agreed to send them to me, but after asking about it a few days after, they said they forgot. I received it 3/8, so it took 12 days to ship presumably from China (the package has a random LA address on it) to the West Coast. It actually first shipped to customs in Jamaica, NY then shipped to California.
Quality - The most important. These jerseys are supposed to be a rep of the limited vapor jersey. (Retails for $175) I don't have one to compare to, but I have seen YT videos going over the jersey. Overall the quality is okay. There are some smaller issues, like loose threading (nothing you can't use scissors on), "crispness" of patches (look at the "L" and "V" on the Love jersey). The biggest issue on both jerseys (and this goes for most NFL jersey reps) is that the jock tag is placed too high. The real jerseys are placed 2 inches above the hem while these are 4-4.5 inches above the hem, which is obvious. Also, the back name plates are not stitched very well, especially on the 49er jersey as it's a bit uneven on the left side. I do want to note that the limited jerseys now are mostly heat pressed letters and numbers, which is pretty wack. Everything on the reps are either patches or embroidered which feel and look great.
Sizing - I'm 5'7, 160 lbs. I have a thicker neck, wide shoulders and the small fits me well. The sleeve actually ends very slightly above my elbow. In terms of length, it's a bit long ending mid-thigh around where my pant zipper ends. To my surprise the Medium isn't that much more bigger and both S and M would fit me well. However, I would definitely choose a Medium if I wore hoodies underneath my jersey, which is what my friend does. Overall, the Small jersey fits me well with plenty of breathing room.
Overall rating: B - Just a lot of loose threads, letter stitching, slightly off NFL logo, jock tag sewn on too high and the name back plate is cut unevenly and looks cheap. I did ask for a refund on the Bosa jersey and the seller offered refund via AliExpress or discount on my next purchase, I chose the latter since my friends want to buy 5-6 jerseys because they were impressed by the pictures.
Since her site still seems to be down with the “no country” issue, has anyone ordered via email or is she totally offline until the changeover is complete? Guess not sure if a site issue vs factory issue
This is my first time purchasing from Jenna and I wanted to share my experience.
I did quite a bit of research before purchasing. The main reason I decided to go the replica route is because I am tired of the Nike/fanatics baseball jersey quality. Ultimately, I decided to purchase two jerseys from Jenna to test the waters.
First I will start off with shipping. Jenna emailed me a few hours after I put my order in. The jerseys arrived reasonably quick. I purchased on March 20th and they arrived today April 8th (a little over two weeks, but there has been terrible weather in the states recently.)
Next I will talk about quality and my thoughts of each jersey.
I knew I was taking a risk with the Ohtani jersey since the Takashi Murakami drop is recent. I was afraid the cherry blossoms would either look cheap or completely inaccurate. The pattern actually matches the real deal quite well but the blossoms are printed onto the fabric and do not look as vibrant as photos. The photos look like the blossoms might be pressed on, but I do not have a real one to compare it to. The thing that I was really disappointed with was the Ohtani lettering on the back of the jersey. The letters are way too close together and there is even overlap between the O and the H. I noticed it immediately, didn’t even have to compare it to an authentic. The quality of the material feels good and besides a few loose threads, I would say it is quality. If it wasn’t for the Ohtani lettering, I would have been happy with this jersey overall.
The Tatum jersey I was happier with. The quality feels nice and it fit well. It had all of the patches and the hardwood pattern on the sides looks better than expected. My only complaint is that the Boston logo in the front is on one singular stitched patch. You can’t really notice it from a distance, but if each letter was stitched or pressed on individually, this jersey would have been almost perfect.
Sorry for the long text. I just wanted to share my experience. Figured this might help someone decide if they want to order through Jenna in the future.
I also wanted to know if anyone has experienced the name lettering issue on an Ohtani/dodger player jersey in the past, or if this was caused by the Takashi Murakami jersey.
I'm trying to place an order through her website (jenna2021.com) but at the checkout I'm unable to select my country. Was wondering how others in this sub have placed their orders.
Made my order on Feb 19th. On the 27th it said the shipment “departed shipping partner facility in NY, USPS awaiting item”. There’s been no updates for the past 11 days. Is that normal?
For several years, I was a frequent purchaser of buying rep. NFL jerseys from AimeeSmithStore, who I had heard was a reputable seller years ago on Reddit.
I had purchased various jerseys from various teams throughout the years and was a satisfied customer.
Then, Nike took over as the NFL jersey supplier/designer. I hadn't had a rep. jersey in years, and figured I was due for one. Aside from the usual recommendations from AimeeSmith, Jenna2021 constantly came up on this sub and on r/fakejerseys and r/sportsjerseys as a reputable vendor (along with Terry, but that's a different post), so I figured I'd order two jerseys from her to see how her quality was.
I purchased a Carolina Panthers Home #89 Smith Sr. jersey, and a Charlotte Hornets Mint City edition #2 Ball jersey.
I wrote a review of those in this post. After that review, I wanted to order the same jerseys from AimeeSmith, to compare them, since both Jenna and AimeeSmith are often compared on reddit.
Ordering Experience
This is where I can confidently say that Jenna2021 beats AimeeSmith by a mile.
I won't post their sites for fear of breaking a rule, but you can easily google both their names above to find their websites.
Jenna2021
Ordering from Jenna was incredibly easy compared to ordering from Aimee. Jenna's site is cleaner, easier to navigate, and actually has the prices listed on the site!
You pick the jerseys you want on her site, add them to your cart, and go through the checkout process on her site, add shipping information, and you don't add payment info on her site. You get an "order confirmation" and are told to reply to that email with whichever payment method you want to use. In my case, I used PayPal.
She then sends you a link to an unrelated AliExpress clothing link, where you add X number of those items (that equal the jersey prices on her site) to your cart, pay via AliExpress, and add your order number you received from her site in the comments, and you're golden.
If you have questions, wish to see the jerseys before they are sent, etc, you can just reply to your order email, and Jenna reaches back out to you relatively quickly. Her English is very passible, and she answered all of my questions without issue.
Shipping was free with Jenna, and I was surprised to see my order delivered to my home at around 2 weeks.
AimeeSmithStore
This is where I remember ordering jerseys from AimeeSmithStore was a bit of a hassle. Her site is severely outdated, and they're missing prices on ALL of her items. You have to reach out to her via email, and when I was attempting to order a Panthers jersey (which, lets be real, with a team like them, there aren't a lot of options), she told me that several of those items she has on her site, she doesn't make anymore.
After eventually finding jerseys that were in stock, rather than going through a website checkout process, you have to send her URLs directly, with quantities and sizes.
Communicating with her was more of a hassle, because her english was unfortunately a bit more broken. Asking clarifying questions (in my case, having a custom number and name since the player I want doesn't have new jerseys anymore) was a shot in the dark.
You eventually do the same as Jenna, where she sends you a link to AliExpress with unrelated items, and you add an order number to the comments.
However, with AimeeSmith, she sent me items in AliExpress that were not the prices she quoted me via email. After back and forth that went nowhere, I just said screw it and paid the higher price.
Advantage: Jenna
Jersey Comparison: Carolina Panthers Home Jersey
Both Steve Smith Sr. jerseys from AimeeSmith and Jenna2021, are almost exactly the same. I'm pretty sure the blank jerseys come from the same factory. Rather than detail the specifics of each jersey, you can read about them in my other post. Everything from the stitching to the NFL shield, Nike Logo, shoulder stripes, and jersey color are identical.

However, where they differ, is a bit of an issue.
AimeeSmith definitely put out a much worse product with regards to two things: the sleeve logo, and the color of the stitched letters and numbers.
The sleeve logo on AimeeSmith's looks off on her jersey (with the Panther's eyebrow going far above the rest of the logo), and the whiskers aren't supposed to be enclosed within the logo.
The coloring on the logo and the number/letter outlines is way off too, as they're more of a Jaguars' Teal over a Panther Blue.
Jenna definitely wins out with the NFL jersey.
AimeeSmith vs Jenna Jersey Differences
Jersey Comparison: Charlotte Hornets Mint Jersey
As with the NFL jersey, these jerseys are exactly identical. I don't see any real faults with this jersey (other than the fact that the gold stripe on these jerseys is actually dotted on the real ones).

The only main difference is, AimeeSmith adds the sponsor patch on all of her swingman jerseys, which I think is a nice bonus.
AimeeSmith vs Jenna Jersey Differences
AimeeSmith edges out because of the sponsor patches.
Conclusion
I wanted to compare Jenna vs Aimee, because I saw those two names pop up frequently on various subs. My opinion is, for NBA, go with AimeeSmith. For NFL, go with Jenna (although her NBA jerseys aren't bad either).
