Glassdoor has a feature on their app where you can anonymously report and view other people’s reported salaries/ hourly pay for specific employers. I was able to negotiate a $4 an hour raise by knowing my peers were being paid significantly more than me because I had no idea what I should be getting paid. More on reddit.com
Time sheets
Yeah my company tried this once, before they realized how much of a failure it was to try to force people to do this. I made it a point to set aside half an hour every day to write up my time sheet. And the last task, every day on my timesheet was “Filled out timesheet of completed daily tasks” If the company is paying for my time and they think that’s a valuable way for me to spend it, then more power to ‘em. edit: grammar More on reddit.com

Full-time employment increased by 24,940 jobs or 2.0 per cent from 2024 to 1,243,620 jobs.

The LFS estimates are the first in a series of labour market indicators released by Statistics Canada, which includes indicators from programs such as the Survey of Employment, Payrolls and Hours (SEPH); Employment Insurance Statistics; and the Job Vacancy and Wage Survey.
