October 22, 2025 - Install any and all updates to firmware (important for me because Windows 10 seemed to refuse the device over USB until I did). Enable Dev Mode. Goto "Settings" and select "Enable Dev Mode". Then goto "Bus Service" and scroll down to find the new dev mode settings including "Enable USB". Relatively painless that one. The device will not work at all until "Enable USB" has been ticked.
