Hi, Today i just purchased a Kawai ES110, and everything is fine, except something weird : when i play the F#4 key (with all of the piano sounds), i can hear in the background the sound of an F#5 key, like a small resonance.
This is the only key with this problem, and its only occurs when im on the speakers, not with the headphones. Even if its not as loud as if i play the F#5 for real, hearing it when i play the F#4 is a little annoying..
Did someone ever encountered this problem with the ES110? I tried to change some options and reset to factory settings but the problem is stil here.
Thanks for you help.
PS : this is not a dramatic problem for me since im gonna use the ES110 essentially in MIDI, but still, its better when everything is ok.

Hi, I've been using this digital piano for a while then this issue suddenly appeared. The g2 key now only has 1 sound. However i press it, it's 100% way louder than the current volume. It's not like hitting a key with full force. It's louder than that. Like twice as loud when hitting f2 with full force vs touching g2.
Is there anyway I can solve this myself? I already tried restarting the piano, factory reset, and even done percussive maintenance to that problematic key. Nothing changes.
This is out of warranty and I am hoping that this is an easy fix with software or cleaning the insides.
